Fuwa Fuwa, meaning “fluffy fluffy” is North America’s largest soufflé pancake and dessert café, and now it’s come to the UK as Fluffy Fluffy. The brand is known for its light and fluffy Japanese soufflé-style pancakes, and opened its debut UK site in Manchester in October 2023.
The store's contemporary design features our Cafe pendants hung over seated dining areas, creatively layering all four sizes to form a decorative feature that can be enjoyed both inside and from the street view. The white opal glass and brushed steel top detail works in perfect harmony with the brand's colour scheme and modern use of mixed materials.
